AIESEC is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. AIESEC develops youth by providing leadership opportunities to students and graduates through involvement in our international exchange program, and through connecting people with similar interests.

With over 3,000 partners globally including DHL, PricewaterhouseCoopers, UBS and Cadbury Schweppes, AIESEC conducts 3,500 international exchanges annually throughout our 89 country network, which is entirely managed by over 18,000 members in 800 universities worldwide.

AIESEC supports young people in clarifying and expanding their ambitions. Members have the opportunity to be involved and lead different teams that coordinate the AIESEC exchange program, including areas such as marketing, project management, budgeting, recruitment, and customer servicing. All this happens during university before they go on a traineeship themselves. It allows students to build networks, develop their leadership skills, meet other students from around Australia and the world, through national and international conferences, networking with partners, alumni, international trainees and other members, and through facilitation and participation in the exchange program.
