Selling & Having a Presence on Campus

Ticket Sales

Guild Reception

Guild Reception can sell tickets for clubs and departments, or you can sell them yourself (the preferred option, see below). You can also advertise through Guild G-News.

Guild Village & Oak Lawn

Ticket sales and membership stalls may be set up in the Guild Village or Oak Lawn on UWA's Crawley Campus. You must book it with Guild Activities Officer first. You may also book to play music between 12pm and 2pm, however there are restrictions on this. GET IN EARLY! Many clubs want to sell on the same days, and there are limited bookings available. Please note that you can bring your own furniture or arrange with the Guild Activities Officer to borrow furniture. Please remember that posters must comply with the publications policy.

Also contact the Guild Activities Officer if you wish to set up event in these locations.

External & Commercial Organisations

Non-UWA organisations may come onto campus under certain pre-approved circumstances. Please contact the Guild Activities Officer if you wish to come onto campus, or the Guild Memberships Officer if you wish to advertise to students. If you wish to have a weekly or permanent presence on campus, please read below:

Market Days

Contact the Guild Activities Officer to book in for a regular art/craft stall in the Guild Village Courtyard (Koort Kwoba Dandjoo). Market stalls are open on Tuesdays during normal UWA teaching weeks (semesters).

Guild Village Tenancies

If you are considering becoming a commercial tenant on campus, please read about our Guild Commercial Centre and Tenancy Opportunities.
