The Guild offers badge machines plus badge parts in two sizes (circular 50mm and 35mm diameter).
If you wish to hire out a badge machine you should phone ahead to
Guild Reception or make a booking in person
to ensure availability.
Any students can hire out the badge machine.
All they need to provide is their student ID and a $20 refundable deposit.
Machine hire is free for clubs and departments, and they can transfer funds
internally to pay for badge parts.
There is a form to fill out when the machine is taken out.
During Guild elections the bookings procedure is changed from a first come,
first served basis to ensuring an equal distribution of access between parties.
The exact procedure has altered from year to year,
but generally the policy will be released to concerned parties a few weeks in advance.
