It is a condition of affiliation that clubs attend Soc meetings. Soc Meeting dates will be advertised via the Soc mailing list and the online system (login below). Your club can send a single voting delegate, and their attendance or absence is officially recorded.

Club Busy Bees

Societies Council may require clubs to attend periodic "busy bees" and "cleanup days" as part of their clubroom tenancies. Dates will be advertised via the Soc mailing list, club mailboxes, at Soc Council Meetings, and in the online system (you can register for Club Busy Bees online, below).
