The Blackstone Society is the UWA Law Students' Society. Blackstone organises around a dozen social events annually and provides a variety of educational services and activities to its members. Social events include the largest on-campus social event, the biannual Law Courtyard Show, as well as fresher picnic, fresher camp, Law Ball, the Pub Crawl and the Law/Med show. Blackstone is very active in the inter-faculty sport competition, which Law has won for the last two years, and organises regular sport meets against Murdoch and Notre Dame. Blackstone also provides: A 2nd hand book sale, law competitions, careers handbook, careers talks, the ONYX Law Journal, representation of students on numerous affiliated bodies and a Common Room for the use of all law students.
