SPOC plays a vital role in supporting students with children. We are here to provide a social and support network, resources and representation, and to promote understanding for all students with family responsibilities – because life doesn’t stop when semester starts!
The SPOC room is a place where you can take your children knowing you can study in a child friendly environment without noise complaints. It’s also the perfect place to relax and take advantage of the collection of toys and kitchenette facilities. The room also acts as a meeting place for student parents to share experiences and plan the group’s social events.
