Advertising and Promoting in G-News for Clubs & Societies

Want to publicise your event or activity in UWA student's favourite publication? Then simply submit an entry BEFORE 12pm on the day of publication (see below for dates)!

There are two ways to submit entries for G-News:

1. Through the UWA Events System (for students and staff of UWA—those already using the system should ensure their event is included in the UWA Student Guild calender for G-News advertising).

For information and guidelines about submitting via UWA Events System click HERE!

2. By e-mailing the entry to gnews@guild.uwa.edu.au (for external parties and non-event advertising)

For information and guidelines about submitting via e-mail click HERE!

* Please Note: We may have to edit down your submission if it exceeds the word limit. Unclear, inappropriate or excessively long submissions will not be included. If your event falls on a Monday then it will need to be submitted for the previous week’s edition. If your club has an ongoing placement in G-News (eg. Join us every Tuesday in the Tav), make sure that the information included is checked regularly to make sure it's up to date.
